Follow the progress of your tasks with our List mode!
Our List mode allows you to take a quick look at the progress of all of your tasks. So you can show and hide columns, in order to view only the information that is important to you.
In addition, when a task is updated by an employee on their mobile device, the list of your tasks is refreshed in real time, allowing you to have the most recent information.
Schedule your tasks by drag’n’drop with our Planning mode!
Scheduling by assigning your tasks to your employees on our calendar in drag’n’drop mode. Indeed, your tasks to be planned are found on the left of your screen, your employees in the center and the calendar on your right.
So, you just need to click on a task to schedule and hold down the mouse. Then move your mouse over the desired time slot and employee. Finally, release your mouse button to drop the task at the determined location.
Once your schedule is complete, click the Dispatch All Tasks button to send them to your employees’ mobile devices.

Fill out your work orders on our mobile application. Press On the way to notify your customer by SMS. On site, do the work and add photos, notes and products to invoice. Once completed, have the client sign. He will receive a PDF copy by email.
