This Web Update 4.69 is mainly about adding a popup window to a task in case of a problem with a client. We update regularly to provide you with a better experience with ProgressionLIVE dispatch software.

Popup window in a task in case of a problem with a client

This feature was in great demand during our recent poll on your Top 10 most requested features. Thus, we proceeded to its development in the last weeks and it will be deployed during the next week.

Indeed, before today, ProgressionLIVE didn’t allow to manage the clients during the creation of a task. For example, it didn’t allow to warn when the client chosen in a task has any particularity.

So we added the possibility to add a comment in the client (e.g.: in case of bad credit, don’t send such human resource, etc.), which would be displayed when a task was created for this client.

Here is how to add such a comment:

1- Add a note to a client’s file

2- Check the Show Note box

3- Create a task and add this client

You will then see a popup window like this with the note.

We have already added a new button in an equipment file. The latter now makes it possible to create a task within the visualization of equipment.

New Android 2.20 Update on Google Play

This ProgressionLIVE Android 2.20 update is about the ability to display product images in the product catalogue. We update regularly to provide you with a better experience with ProgressionLIVE dispatch software.

Displaying product images

You have to contact our Technical Support to enable this feature.

It will be possible to display product images in the product catalogue and in the item creation page. Note that the availability of these images only occurs when the mobile device is connected to the Internet. In the case the device is offline, a standard image will be generated. The image of a product can be added via the product file in the Products submenu of the Manage menu on the web interface.

New iOS 1.53 Update on Apple Store

New version of our iOS mobile app on Apple Store !

New Web Update 4.66 of ProgressionLIVE

This Web Update 4.66 is mainly about highlighting tasks that match the result of a filter in Planning mode. We update regularly to provide you with a better experience with ProgressionLIVE dispatch software.

Highlighting tasks that match the result of a filter (Planning Mode)

First, we added two buttons to Planning mode. The first “Filter Tasks” allows you to filter scheduled tasks according to several criteria. The second “Highlight mode” is used to hide or display (with opacity) jobs that do not match the applied filter.

For example, let’s apply a filter where only “Service Call” type jobs should be displayed. For example, by clicking Filter Tasks , and then New, this window appears.

Then, when you click Apply, the non-service calls are removed from Planning mode.

However, it is possible to make them appear on the screen with the Highlight mode button. The tasks in question will therefore be displayed with reduced opacity, which allows efficient planning.

Changing the method for searching by code (List Mode)

In order to improve search performance by code in list mode, the content of the Code(s) field in a filter will now be interpreted differently. Indeed, the result of a search by code in this mode will only display one task at a time (if no comma is inserted in the field). Thus, if the field contains only numbers, the search will be done only on the ID of the task. However, if the field contains letters, the search will be done on the exact code of the task.

For example, if I search for the task AS000102 here are the scenarios:

This ProgressionLIVE Android 2.17 update is mainly about adding a button to refer a friend to ProgressionLIVE. We update regularly to provide you with a better experience with ProgressionLIVE dispatch software.

This update will be released during the week of October 8, 2018.

Referencing a friend to ProgressionLIVE with the Refer a friend button

Now, from the mobile app, you’ll be able to refer a friend to ProgressionLIVE using a new button on your mobile device. Thus, the new Refer a friend button (see the image below) will open a link to our referencing form. Indeed, for each friend you refer and who signs a service agreement with ProgressionLIVE, you will receive a VISA prepaid card of $ 250.

Product and item price management up to 5 decimal places

As soon as you update our app on your Android device, ProgressionLIVE will be able to handle product and item prices with more decimals. Whereas in the past the application only handled a price of two (2) decimal places (e.g., 2.95), it will then be able to handle up to five (5) decimal places (e.g., 2.94785 ).

Referencing a friend to ProgressionLIVE with the Refer a friend button

Now, from the mobile app, you’ll be able to refer a friend to ProgressionLIVE using a new button on your mobile device. New Web Update 4.65 of ProgressionLIVE

New version of our web platform of ProgressionLIVE !

This Web Update 4.65 is mainly about adding a new live chat system. We update regularly to provide you with a better experience with ProgressionLIVE dispatch software.

This update will be deployed starting October 1st, 2018.

New Live Chat System

We made several changes to our “Help” menu. Among other things, we have changed the icon of this menu to better represent what you can do. In addition, the “Live Chat Support” sub-menu’s icon has been changed. Then, we modified the “FAQ” submenu for “Documentation”, while changing its icon too. Then we added an icon to the submenu “Open a ticket”.

However, among all these changes, it is the chat that has undergone the greatest transformation. Indeed, our ticket management tool has developed a new chat application, Freshchat. So we integrated Freshchat into ProgressionLIVE. To bring up this new application, simply click on the sub-menu “Live Chat Support”. Thus, a button will appear, followed by a chat window with technical support.

Thanks to Freshchat, communication with our agents is improved. Indeed, you have access to new features:

– Attaching attachments (images, screenshots) bidirectional

– Support for various emoticons

– Frequently asked questions directly in the Freshchat app.

You will also have access to this new application on our website and you will not even need to login, because we will have all this information at the opening of Freshchat!

Reminder: Our agents are available from Monday to Thursday from 7 am to 7 pm and Friday from 7 am to 5 pm (EST).

Search for tasks without labels

You now have the option to search and / or filter tasks that have no labels.

Méchoui 2018

6th edition of the traditional Mechoui

The rain didn’t stop the festivities in Saint-Alexis-des-Monts!

ProgressionLIVE was, for a 6th year in a row, official sponsor of the traditional Méchoui of Saint-Alexis-des-Monts. The event took place on September 2nd in a similar temperature to last year’s edition. However, it is not the unpleasantness of Mother Nature that would prevent the 140 employees, customers, partners and friends from feasting on this annual meeting.

There was not only mechoui on the menu!

– Upon arrival, delicious poutine was offered by Nathalie, a ProgressionLIVE employee and her husband, Jean-Sébastien.

– A little before supper, Louis-Philippe, Dorlay and Audrey had prepared spring rolls with a sauce to lick our fingers.

– In accompaniment of the gourmet méchoui, prepared by Rémi, Guy and Guy-Olivier, the guests were entitled to many salads made by Gabrielle and Manon.

– What about desserts, delectable donuts and homemade ice cream sandwiches, concocted by Gabrielle.

– All this good food was accompanied by gin cocktails from the distillery Wabasso, made by Guyaume!

– Finally, at the end of the evening, Jean-Sébastien and Nathalie had put their hands in the dough by preparing succulent potato chips with different flavors.

  

  

What would a mechoui be without music and games?

Between services and later in the evening, guests were able to attend many performances by the Jeff Patry Band, accompanied by our drummer-in-residence and ProgressionLIVE employee Mathieu. These last ones gave a whole spectacle, although our dear Mathieu fought a virus. In addition, guests were able to have fun at various games, including inflatable games for youngs and olds.

  

A word from the organizer

Despite uncertain weather and high risk of rain, we were so prepared that everything went very smoothly! The band was excellent, the food excellent and the mechoui, one of the most tender of the recent years! – Louis Philippe Poulin
