Yes! To access the punch module and licenses, you must have at least an administrator user and a standard Progression plan.
If you have any questions or problems using the payment gateway in Progression, our support team is here to help.
If your issue directly concerns your Moneris, Stripe, or other gateway account, we encourage you to contact your account manager or their dedicated support team. If you are unsure, do not hesitate to write to us, we will be happy to direct you to the appropriate resource.
No, the payment module is not directly integrated into the accounting systems. Progression makes it easy to take payment by generating a link via a gateway, like Moneris. To simplify tracking, we provide a transaction reference number, which allows you to check in your payment platform whether the transactions have been carried out correctly.
