What type of user do I need?

Standard User

For your techs, dispatchers and administrators

This license provides full access to Progression. It is essential for field technicians to manage their tasks and is necessary to use the web-based dispatch application.

Timesheets User

For your people on construction sites who only punch time

7$/month

or 6.30$ on an annual plan

This license grants access only to the Progression mobile time clock, allowing workers to record their hours without manual errors. A Standard license is required to manage Timesheet users.

Is the support unlimited and free?

Yes, technical support is unlimited and free Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. We also guarantee a response within 60 minutes of opening the request.

Is it possible to pay in an annual format?​

Yes! We now offer an annual subscription with a 10% discount.

The annual subscription is paid in a single installment and covers 12 full months. If you prefer more flexibility, the monthly subscription can be canceled at any time.

Do I have to pay for my implantation?

Yes, since each of our integrations is personalized according to the needs and reality of the client, we have an implementation fee which covers the configuration and training of new clients.

Is your solution secure?

We implement several security measures to protect the information we hold such as the ISO27001 certification.

Is the mobile application available on iOS and Android?

Yes, we have a native application for each platform. Our applications are available on the PlayStore (Google) and the AppStore (iOS).

Can I personalize my Progression account myself?

Yes, we have different level of customization offered to our customers. If you are less comfortable with this type of configuration, our team will be happy to help you personalize your account.
