
Use your product catalog for your on-site billing!
With our mobile application, you have access to your product catalog in the field. In fact, you can add items to invoice on the spot, without having to create them manually. However, you can still create products without having to use the product catalog.
So, as you can see in the example opposite, product categories and individual products can be displayed. Then, if you select a product, you can choose the quantity to invoice. In short, by registering the item, it is added to on-site billing and taxes are automatically calculated if applicable.
Validate on-site billing before invoicing your customer!
Using the “Invoice” tab of a task on our web interface, it is possible to view the items added to it. Indeed, it is possible to make corrections or modify the prices according to the customer, for example.
Then, once on-site billing is validated, you are able to change the task status to “Invoiced”. Thus, if your accounting software is integrated with ProgressionLIVE, you can therefore automatically invoice your client, without having to transcribe everything into your accounting system.
