A new web version of ProgressionLIVE will be released soon!
This Web 4.72 Update is mainly about standardization of field labels on the login page and previewing an email template before sending it. We update regularly to provide you with a better experience with ProgressionLIVE dispatch software.
Web 4.72 Update
This update will be deployed starting May 26, 2019.
Standardization of field labels on the login page
In order to facilitate the login process between our different platforms, we have standardized the field labels of the login page.
Thus, on the web interface, we changed the label of the field “E-mail” for “User,” since it is possible to log in with an email or phone number.
In addition, we changed the label of the login button from “Submit” to “Log in.”
Then, the “User” and “Password” tags are now inside their respective fields as placeholders.
In short, the labels of fields and the button on the login pages (Web, iOS, Android) are now identical.
Previewing an email template before sending it
In our latest Web 4.71 Update, we introduced a first phase of our new feature allowing the creation of email templates. Thus, we are now deploying our second phase to previewing an email template before sending it to the recipient…
Preview when creating
In the email template creation window, we added a preview icon. This icon, located in the upper right corner of the message window, allows you to view the email template based on a task number.
So, when you click this icon, you must enter a task code in the “Code” field and click on the “Preview” button. For example, by choosing the AS000044 task, ProgressionLIVE will generate a preview of the email template with the dynamic properties of the task, if any.
Preview before sending to the recipient
In a task, it is also possible to preview an email when clicking on the button “Send by email.” Indeed, it allows you to see the content of the email before sending it to your customer. You can modify it according to the specific needs of the customer or task.
We have fixed some bugs.
